TERMS & CONDITIONS - SERVICES

 

General

Both Parties agree to:

a) act in good faith and demonstrate honesty, integrity, openness, and accountability in their dealings with each other

b) agree on the terms through signing our patient consent form

c) notify each other immediately of any actual or anticipated issues that could: significantly impact on the Goods or the Charges or receive media attention,      and

d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees

With any booked service, you The Client, have entered into a contract to purchase the ‘product’ or service according to the terms and conditions as outlined. The Client must pay the fees to the Service Provider (SKiNTUITION) for providing the service.  

Invoicing

  1. The Service provider must provide the Client with a valid invoice on the day of the service

  2.  The Client must pay SKiNTUITION'S invoice at the time the service is provided

  3. We accept EFTPOS, cash or online banking for payment  (please note credit cards & payWave incur extra charges)

  4. We reserve the right to claim payments not paid within 7 days of an invoice being issued

Pricing

The price payable for SKiNTUITION services are clearly outlined on their website but can also be confirmed upon booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and do not carry GST.

We reserve the right to refuse any future services to ‘no shows’, clients that have accounts outstanding or 2 cancellations in a row unless in extenuating circumstances.

Prices may change without notice so long as price changes are agreed upon by both parties BEFORE appointment confirmations.

Offers

At times SKiNTUITION may offer ‘specials’ or discounts. These are time limited offers that will clearly state the offer inclusive dates/times. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.

The client must state which offer they wish to use at the time of their booking (if still valid) and the offer will be agreed upon by both parties at the time of the appointment.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service provided, you have the right to talk to us about your grievance(s). This must be completed in writing within 7 days of services rendered. You must include:

  1. Your name

  2. Date of service provided

  3. What was provided

  4. Description of the problem

  5. Any other relevant information

We will endeavor to keep all complaints confidential and aim to resolve any complaint in a fair and reasonable manner by doing the following:

  • Acknowledging the complaint

  • Providing an explanation

  • Providing an apology

  • Mediation and finding a resolution

  • Reconsidering or changing a decision

  • Changing procedures and/or practices

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call SKiNTUITION as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call/email at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 027 325 6996 or email info@skintuition.co.nz If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call/email as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient half the appointment fee for missed appointments.

or new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation may result in a full charge of the appointment fee.​

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
